For Brands and Sponsors: Join Our Cowgirl Christmas in July Collaborative Giveaway!

Event Dates: July 24 – 31, 2024

We are excited to invite brands and sponsors to join our Cowgirl Christmas in July Collaborative Giveaway! This event is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products to a broad audience and align your brand with the unique Coastal Cowgirl lifestyle.

How It Works:

  • Collaborative Giveaway Tool: We will be using the ViralSweep platform to manage the giveaway. Each participating brand will have one link that users can visit. You can choose to have participants visit your website or social media account (IG or FB).
  • Promotion Requirements:
    • Promote the event on your social media channels on or before July 24, 2024. (Giveaway link will be provided by July 15)
    • Email List Opportunity: Participants will be asked if they want to join the email lists of brands involved. In order to receive the email list after the event, brands must:
      • Promote the event on their Social Media channels
      • Email their audience at least once during the event
      • Provide proof of the above
  • Prize Contribution: Each brand must provide a prize worth $50 or more, to be shipped to the winner after the event.
  • Participation Fee: We charge a $25 participation fee, which will be used entirely for Facebook advertising to promote the campaign.
  • Commitment to Fair Participation: All participants must actively promote the event. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility for future events.

This is our inaugural event, and we expect it to become an annual tradition. Your participation will not only help promote your brand but also contribute to a collaborative community effort.

DEADLINE TO SIGN UP: July 20, 2024

Sponsorship Packages: We offer additional sponsorship packages that provide enhanced visibility:

  • Platinum Sponsor: $500 – Top listing on the Giveaway page and featured mention in all promotional materials.
  • Gold Sponsor: $250 – Second-tier listing and mention in select promotional materials.
  • Silver Sponsor: $100 – Third-tier listing and mention in select promotional materials.
